Changing a Photo on Behalf of an Entrant

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Entrants cannot automatically change their own photo. They can edit their entry information (fields, etc) on their own at any time, via their participant account at the contest site.

Swapping out a photo is a much better option than completely denying an entry, especially if the entry already has votes applied toward it.

You can change the photo for an entrant by following the instructions below:

Contacting an Entrant to Ask for a New Photo:


1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
 

2. Navigate to Entries at the top of the page:
 


3. The Contest Entries page loads. In the Participants dropdown, begin typing the name or email address of the participant to find the entry you wish to deny (or you can Control + F):
 


4. Once you have located the entry, you will find the entrant's full name and email address under their Entry Title (see red arrow):
 


Click the email address to open it up in your email client. Or, copy and paste it into your preferred email client.
 



Uploading a New Photo to an Entry:


1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
 

2. Navigate to Entries at the top of the page:
 


3. The Contest Entries page loads. In the Participants dropdown, begin typing the name or email address of the participant to find the entry you wish to deny (or you can do a search by using Control + F).
 


4. When you've located the entry, click the Edit icon to edit it:
 


5. The Add/Edit Entry screen loads. Select Choose File next to the Image field and navigate to the new photo on your computer.
 


6. Click SAVE at the bottom of the Add/Edit Entry screen to save the new photo to the entry

⚠️ You may have to REFRESH the page in both the GGPC Admin and at your public contest site to see the new image- sometimes the old image will remain cached in your browser.
