Improved Participant Dashboard
Freshened Contest Template
This includes a completely redesigned leaderboard and countdown clock to the beginning and end of your contest.
Both of these elements pull colors directly from your contest palette for eye-pleasing integration.
Recent Donations Feed
The Recent Donations feed shows all of the recent donors in your contest. On desktop, it shows in the right-hand column. On mobile, it shows above the leaderboard.
Words of Encouragement Commenting System
Our new commenting system encourages voters to write optional words of encouragement along with their donation, to appear on the entry to which they are voting.
Brand New Share Tools
We created a brand new share module to make it easier to share entries via email and social media.
Improved Stats on GGPC Admin Dashboard
We’ve made the GGPC Admin dashboard stats easier to read, more comprehensive, while also speeding up the loading time.
Contest Promotions Alerts on the Homepage
Anytime you run a contest promotion, an alert will appear on the dashboard letting your participants know the specifics of the promotion and when it ends.
Anonymous Voting
Voters can now select an optional checkbox when voting that will keep their name hidden on the contest site (you will still have access to their name and email address in your contest reporting).
Improved Participant Dashboard
We've made it easier than ever for your contest entrants to see who has donated on their entry, how many votes were applied, and the date and time those votes were applied.
We've done the same for voters, allowing them to easily see what entry they voted for and the date and time they applied those votes.
In addition, participants can find information regarding their Reserve-a-Spots and Calendar Purchases (if applicable) and donation receipts for their transactions.
NEW FOR 2025: Improved Email Templates (for all automated emails)
To maximize visibility and reinforce your contest branding, we've added your contest banner to the top and your logo to the bottom of every automated email that is sent from our system (plus it just looks spiffy! ✨)
This example shows the default banner paired with the default template language:
This example shows a custom banner provided by Monmouth SPCA, plus custom language that they provided for the body of the email:
NEW FOR 2025: Additional Contest Ending Email Reminder
There are now two separate voting reminder emails that go out at near the end of your contest:
- Voting Reminder 1: goes out two days before your contest ends
- Voting Reminder 2: goes out on the day your contest ends
We also added a direct link to the entry for easy voting, and improved the subject and language to encourage last-minute donations!
Voting Reminder 1 Subject Line:
[CONTEST_NAME] ends soon. VOTE NOW! 🗳️
Voting Reminder 2 Subject Line:
🚨FINAL HOURS to Vote in [CONTEST_NAME]!🚨 Don't Miss Out!
| 💡 These emails are automatically sent by our system, but they are also optional— if you would rather send out your own ending reminder emails, you can always opt-out of having them sent. |
NEW FOR 2025: Calendar Vote Promotion
Use our Calendar Order Module and want to add an incentive for purchasing calendars? Running a Calendar Vote Promotion allows you to award bonus votes to participants for purchasing a calendar, either in the entry process or via the links on your Homepage.

NEW FOR 2026: Customizable Email Subjects (for all automated emails)
All automated email subject lines can now be edited and customized, if desired. For organizations that prefer not to customize, we continue to provide default subject lines.
We’ve seen an increase in organizations using AI tools to help write their email copy. Often, that copy includes a fun, eye-catching subject line, and those can now be used directly within our platform.
NEW FOR 2026: Revamped Entry Denial Process
We've completely revamped the process to deny entries in your contest. After you deny an entry, you can now:
- Notify the entrant (via an auto-email through our platform) why their entry was denied
- Request a new photo or updated entry information from the entrant
- Review the entry before approving it again in your contest
You can read a full overview of how to use this feature here:
Denying an Entry in Your Contest

NEW FOR 2026: 🌈 Rainbow Bridge Memorial Form
Some organizations have asked about ways to turn memorial inclusions in their calendar into an additional fundraising opportunity, while respectfully honoring a donor’s beloved pet.
To support this, we now offer a customizable Rainbow Bridge Memorial form to make it easy to collect memorial submissions and donations in an organized way.
We've seen that memorial spots are typically incorporated into calendars in one of two ways, depending on your printer’s capabilities:
- Featured together in a dedicated collage or tribute page
- Placed in open grids or spaces throughout the calendar
Using our customizable Rainbow Bridge form allows you to create a meaningful tribute opportunity for supporters, while generating additional fundraising for your campaign.
And the fully customizable form. We can add fields, change the names of fields, or even limit the number of spots available.

NEW FOR 2026: Sponsorship Custom Form
Some organizations seek out sponsorships for their calendar or event, and have asked if we have a way to collect this information directly on their contest site.
To support this, we now offer a customizable Sponsorship form to make it easy to collect sponsorship information and donations in an organized way.
We've seen that sponsorships are typically incorporated into a contest in two ways:
- Featured in logos on the contest website
- Placed throughout the printed calendar, in grid spaces and footers, etc.
Using our customizable Sponsorship form allows you to facilitate a connection with local businesses and benefactors, while generating additional fundraising for your campaign.
The Sponsorship form differs from our Calendar Order and Reserve-a-Spot modules in that it's customizable.
We can add fields, change the names of fields, add multiple pricing options, and even limit the number of spots available.

NEW FOR 2026: Mini Contest Tools
Running a mini contest (a contest within a contest) is a popular way to keep energy and engagement high throughout a contest, and also gives every participant a moment to shine.
Find some Mini Contest ideas here: Mini Contests to Boost Contest Momentum
To facilitate finding Mini Contest winners, we've developed a Mini Contest tool that can help you to determine:
- The entry (or entries) with the highest number of votes during a specific period
🔗 Top Entry - The entry (or entries) with the most unique voters during a specific period
🔗 Most Unique Voters - The voter(s) who cast the most votes during a specific period
🔗 Top Voter - Or chooses a random entry from all of your contest entries
