Setting Up Mass Emails
Our system automatically sends a number of customizable emails that contain your contest and participant information, but we do not offer the option to send one-off marketing emails outside of these automatic emails.
To reach out to contest participants, you will probably want to use an email client that allows you to do mass email sends such as SendGrid, Constant Contact, or MailChimp.
You can attempt to send marketing emails through an email client such as Gmail or Yahoo but they will most likely limit the amount of sends you can do in one day.
Gmail, for example, will temporarily disable your account if you send messages to more than 500 recipients or if you send a large number of undeliverable messages. (source)
Finding Email Addresses for All Participants
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: https://www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Navigate to Participants ➝ All Participants (under Reports):
3. This loads the Participants (All) report, which contains the contact information for all of your contest participants, both those who entered AND those who voted. (Information has been blurred in this example for privacy)
You can export this information via the EXPORT TO CSV button at the top of the page.
4. You can use your spreadsheet software to copy the column of email addresses.
Finding Email Addresses for Entrants Only
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: https://www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Navigate to Participants ➝ Entrants Only (under Reports):
3. This loads the Entrants Only report, which contains the contact information for just the entrants of your contest (Information has been blurred in this example for privacy)
You can export this information via the EXPORT TO CSV button at the top of the page.
4. You can use your spreadsheet software to copy the column of email addresses.
