In order to have access to this feature, you will need to use the Reserve-A-Spot Module with your photo contest.
To Download Reserve-a-Spot Images and Info:
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Navigate to www.gogophotocontest.com/admin/Contests/CalendarSpots.aspx
Or, Reports & Downloads ➝ Reserve-a-Spot ➝ Images/ Information at the top of the GGPC Admin
3. The Calendar Spots page loads. Here you can:
- Download all of the images that were uploaded when someone submitted an image and donation through the Reserve-A-Spot Module.
- Access and download a spreadsheet of the information for those who purchased dates
(name, dates purchased, associated images etc)
Download the images by clicking DOWNLOAD CALENDAR SPOT IMAGES at the top of the spreadsheet. This will download your Reserve-a-Spot photos in a .zip file.
Export the spreadsheet to Excel by clicking EXPORT TO CSV.
