In order to have access to this feature, you will need to use the Calendar Order Module with your photo contest.
Locating Calendar Purchase Info:
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Click the following link to go to the Contest Reports page: Contest Reports
or, Reports & Downloads ➝ Calendar Sales ➝ Orders at the top of the GGPC Admin
3. Then, click Calendar Orders:
5. This brings up the Calendar Orders Report, which is exportable to Excel.
You can find whether each order is shipped or to be picked up under the "Notes" column (note: screenshot has been blurred to protect privacy):
