The Vote Bank allows voters to purchase a block of votes for a contest in a single credit card transaction.
Once purchased, these votes are stored in the voter’s account. They can be applied to multiple entries at any time during the contest.
Vote Bank purchases are contest-specific and cannot be transferred to another contest.
