Do you offer phone support?

We prefer to keep all correspondence via our online support or via email at hello@gogophotocontest.com for two important reasons:

1. It allows us to provide thorough, thoughtful responses to your questions— often with helpful links and examples.

2. It gives you a written record of our discussion and answers to your questions, so you can easily refer back to it whenever needed.

Every question is answered directly by one of our co-founders, who know our platform inside and out. 

We work with 700+ organizations each year and take great pride in offering best-in-class support, something that truly sets us apart from other fundraising platforms (many of which outsource support or have limited availability).
