Did you enter a contest, only for your entry thumbnail to not show correctly on the contest leaderboard? Read on for an easy fix!
1. If you haven't already, click Sign In at the upper right-hand corner of the Home page of the photo contest site:
The Sign In page loads. Please log in:
2. Once logged in, navigate to My Account and choose Manage My Account:
3. Click Edit Thumbnail:
4. Drag the thumbnail box until the area you want shown is within the box's border. Then, click Create:
5. Your thumbnail is now updated at the contest site:
| IMPORTANT: If your previous thumbnail is still showing, it's because the previous thumbnail is still cached within your web browser. Please try refreshing/reloading the page. |
