Some organizations have entries they've collected offline, outside of the GoGo Photo Contest platform.
For example, they may have already collected entries through a professional photography session, or they want to accommodate participants who may not be tech savvy.
| ⚠️ The Offline Entry process assumes that any required entry fees have already been collected outside the platform, such as by cash or check. |
The steps below will allow you to upload an entry to your contest site and bypass the entry fee (if applicable).
How to submit entries collected offline into your photo contest:
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Click on View Contest in the upper right-hand corner of the GGPC Admin:
3. You are now logged in to your contest site as ADMIN MODE, which turns entering and voting on just for you (more info).
A red Admin Mode bar will appear across the top of your contest site:
4. Click Enter Contest to proceed with entering your contest.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You will need to create a user account at the public photo contest site if you haven't already done so— this is a separate account from your GGPC Admin account.
💡 If you have previously created a user account that you want to use: simply provide the email address you used for that account and you will be prompted for your password to login. |
5. After you have logged in, fill out your entry details and click NEXT:
6. Review your entry and then click "Admin Mode: By-pass donation and enter contest" to complete your entry, bypassing the entry fee (if applicable).
7. Your offline entry is complete:
