When you run a GoGo Photo Contest, you will have access to all of the photos uploaded to your contest site, at the original size they were uploaded.
Accessing Your Photo Contest Photos:
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Navigate to www.gogophotocontest.com/admin/contests/downloadimages.aspx
Reports & Download ➝ Entries ➝ Images at the top of the GGPC Admin
3. The Export Entry Images page loads. Here you can:
- Download all of the original photos that were uploaded to your contest site. These files are automatically compressed in a .zip file, due to their size.
- Download Entry Information. This downloads as a .CSV file.
To Access Reserve-A-Spot Module Photos*
1. Log into the GGPC Admin: www.gogophotocontest.com/admin
2. Navigate to www.gogophotocontest.com/admin/contests/calendarspots.aspx
Reports & Download ➝ Reserve-a-Spot ➝ Images /Information at the top of the GGPC Admin
3. The Calendar Spots page loads. Here you can:
- Download all of the images that were uploaded when someone submitted an image and donation through the Reserve-A-Spot Module.
- Access a spreadsheet of the information for those who purchased dates (name, dates purchased, associated images etc).
Download the images by clicking DOWNLOAD CALENDAR SPOT IMAGES.
Export the spreadsheet to Excel by clicking EXPORT TO CSV.
*In order to have access to this feature, you will need to use the Reserve-A-Spot Module with your photo contest
