Our platform automatically sends a donation receipt email to your participants. However, we do not make any claims in the default language of the email that the donation is tax-deductible.
The donation receipt email is customizable, and you can view the default template here (under Donation Template).
Some organizations add language to the donation receipt email speaking to the tax-deductibility of the participant's donation. Some groups also include their nonprofit's Tax ID in the email.
GoGo Photo Contest cannot legally advise as to whether or not language should be added to your donation receipt about the tax implications of donations. It's up to you to follow all laws and regulations regarding any tax implications of donating to your organization.
